Job Overview
Are you an energetic early riser with a keen eye for cleanliness? We’re seeking a motivated Self Employed Early Morning Cleaner to help maintain pristine environments for our hospitality clients (primarily restaurants). You will be required to attend each morning, no later than 7am arrival for 2-3 hours per morning. We are looking for 7 days per week coverage, although happy to be flexible across two cleaners to accommodate individual requirements (we do however require successful individuals to be flexible across the 7 day week). As a vital part of our cleaning team, you’ll ensure that workplaces are spotless, welcoming, and ready for the day ahead. Your dedication will contribute to a positive atmosphere and uphold the high standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises during early morning hours
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to achieve optimal cleanliness
- Ensure all areas are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and maintained according to specified standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe working environment
- Complete cleaning checklists and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively during all interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in early morning hours
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the work sites is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficiency
