Prideaux Lodge is a small residential home specialising in Dementia care.
We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant in our residential dementia care home in Little Common. We require a flexible employee to work as part of our team providing all aspects of care and companionship for our residents.
Your Role:
- Administer Medication
- Care Planning
- Staff Allocation
- Formulate Risk Assessments
We specialise in providing positive outcomes for our residents who suffer from dementia and are passionate about improving their quality of life and lowering anxieties.
Applicants must be willing to work 12 hour shifts (7.30am - 7.30pm) which will include weekend work.

Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly disposition.
- Committed to providing Person-centred care.
- At least 2 years experience in a Senior Role in a Dementia home.
- Full UK driving licence.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above.
