Elite AWRS Limited is a fast-growing automotive repair and refurbishment business specialising in accident repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment, and tyre services.
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Front of House & Sales Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with automotive knowledge (tyres/wheels) who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys selling and dealing with customers daily.
You will be the face of the business, responsible for delivering excellent service while driving sales and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service
- Welcome customers and handle enquiries in person, over the phone, and online
- Provide professional advice and updates on vehicle repairs and services
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Sales & Booking
- Sell services including accident repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment, and tyres
- Convert enquiries into bookings and maximise sales opportunities
- Provide accurate quotes and explain repair options clearly
Technical Knowledge
- Advise customers on tyres, wheel damage, and repair solutions
- Understand tyre sizes, wear, and safety requirements
- Liaise with workshop staff to ensure correct job details
Administration & Operations
- Manage bookings, invoices, and payments
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Maintain a clean, professional front-of-house area
- Support the smooth running of the business day-to-day
Requirements
- Experience in automotive, tyres, wheels, or bodyshop environment (essential)
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Basic IT skills (booking systems, invoicing, etc.)
Desirable
- Previous experience in an accident repair centre or garage
- Knowledge of alloy wheel refurbishment processes
- Proven track record in hitting sales targets

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays 9 to 1pm
