Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. Duties
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with precision and flexibility
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, screen inquiries, and direct communications appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within systems such as QuickBooks and other administrative platforms
- Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics to support executive needs
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure quick retrieval of information
- Support clerical tasks including copying, scanning, mailing, and managing office supplies to keep the workspace efficient
Experience
- Proven administrative experience supporting senior executives or teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Demonstrated office experience including clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence management
- Exceptional phone etiquette with clear communication skills for interacting professionally with internal teams and external contacts
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
