The Opportunity
You’ll join an established Private Client team handling a varied and interesting caseload, with the opportunity to develop your expertise across areas including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and trust administration
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning
- Court of Protection matters, where applicable
- Advising individuals and families on wider Private Client matters
You’ll have responsibility for your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues who are available for support and collaboration when you need it.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Private Client professional who takes pride in the quality of their work and genuinely enjoys working with clients.
You’ll ideally have:
- At least 1 years experience managing a Private Client caseload.
- Experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, with additional experience in Trusts, LPAs, IHT or Court of Protection matters advantageous.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within Private Client.
The firm is open to Solicitors, Lawyers and experienced Fee Earners, depending on experience and technical capability.
