Qualified and experienced Setting Out Engineer required in the West Quay area of Southampton.
Job Spec:
Stair Core and Lift Core Surveys
- Survey the stair core and lift core, both internally and externally.
- Internal Stair Core: Verify that the reinforced concrete (RC) walls are within tolerance and do not affect the stair positioning or subsequent internal finishes.
- Internal Lift Core: Confirm that all lift core walls are within the specified tolerances prior to lift installation.
- External Stair and Lift Cores: Check that the RC wall positions do not impact the installation of the modular pods.
You will be expected to provide your own tools, have CSCS and PPE.
You will be working 8-10 hrs a day for 2 days and the rate is £350p/day.
Candidates must be able to supply proof of eligibility to work in the UK and you must be able to provide two checkable work references.
