Job Summary
Energize and inspire others as a Gym Instructor, guiding individuals through safe and effective fitness routines while fostering a motivating environment. You will lead group classes, provide personalized coaching, and promote healthy lifestyles by sharing your expertise in sports coaching, teaching, and anatomy. Duties
- Lead engaging group fitness classes tailored to diverse skill levels and interests
- Provide one-on-one coaching to help clients achieve their personal health goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Educate clients on anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise principles to enhance understanding
- Monitor clients’ form during workouts and offer constructive feedback for improvement
- Develop customized workout plans based on individual needs and fitness levels
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment to promote safety and motivation
Experience
- Proven sports coaching experience with a track record of motivating participants
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics to guide safe exercise practices
- Enthusiastic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to accommodate different age groups and abilities
