Harbour Lights Fish and Chips is looking for KPs (Kitchen Porter).
At Harbour Lights we take pride in our great customer service practices and quality fish and chips. We are an award winning business that cherishes sustainable practices and responsibly sourced fish, selling Cornish products where we can. We're looking for a fun, neat and tidy personality to join our team and help us serve top class fish and chips to the town of Falmouth.
Our KPs are responsible for cleaning dishes, cleaning, putting away stock, and assisting the kitchen team. With this, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a fast paced, busy kitchen (but not 100% necessary).

The ideal candidate will:
Be available over the summer months July and August.
Able to work a mix of daytimes, evenings and weekends.
Be reliable and able to work hard with the team in a busy kitchen.
Harbour Lights operates all year round, with the peak summer season more hours will become available. Current opening hours are 12.00-21.00 Monday to Sunday.
