Working within our Key Accounts department, you will play a key role in supporting the sales of our motorcycle and bicycle accessories product range, providing excellent service to our key account customers while assisting with the day-to-day sales administration. This is a varied position requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be proactive, well organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within the Key Accounts team. Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Inside Sales Manager.
- Process customer orders received via email and the website accurately and efficiently.
- Produce daily sales reports, including end-of-day order reporting for key accounts and inside sales territories.
- Generate stock, sales, and performance reports as required.
- Answer incoming calls on the main telephone line alongside the Motorcycle Sales Support team.
- Support the wider Key Accounts team with daily administration and ad hoc tasks.
- Prepare documentation and organise customer visits when required.
- Distribute product information to online customers, including barcodes, ASINs, product content, specifications, and marketing materials.
- Monitor customer websites to ensure new products are listed correctly and proactively notify customers of any missing or inaccurate product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key online customers, identifying opportunities to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
