C-Tecnics Ltd is a leading designer and manufacturer of subsea electronics, imaging, lighting and communication systems used worldwide across offshore energy, marine science, defence and ROV operations.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and organised Stores Person to join our team in Aberdeen.
The Role
The Stores and Shipping Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of the stores and warehouse function, ensuring materials, components and equipment are accurately received, stored and issued to support production and operational requirements.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, check and book in deliveries accurately
* Pick and issue stock and components for production and engineering teams
* Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control
* Carry out stock checks and cycle counts
* Ensure stores and warehouse areas remain clean, organised and safe
* Pack and prepare goods for shipment and dispatch
* Assist with goods inward and outward inspections
* Liaise with purchasing, production and engineering departments as required
* Support continuous improvement within stores and logistics operations
Requirements
Essential
* Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics role
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills and experience using stock systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Reliable and proactive approach to work
Desirable
* Experience within engineering, manufacturing or offshore industries
* Experience using inventory management systems
* Knowledge of shipping and dispatch processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
