Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

- Ensure all food production complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining rigorous food safety standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Train staff on proper food handling, hygiene practices, and cooking techniques
- Monitor quality control to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
