We’re looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to help run the back of house production. You’ll be responsible for opening the kitchen, keeping production moving throughout the day, and keeping standards consistent from the first bagel out to the last.
Bagels done properly. Standards kept high.
THE ROLE:
You’ll be leading the kitchen day to day. Opening up, setting the pace, and making sure production runs efficiently across every step of service.
Keeping production tight, standards high, service moving, and health & safety where it should be.
You’ll be working closely with the team to make sure the kitchen supports the shop flow. Making sure what goes out is right, on time, and up to standard.
We’re looking for someone organised, consistent, and comfortable in a busy kitchen. Someone who notices when things aren’t right and sorts them before they become a problem.
A big part of keeping the whole place running right.
We think you’ll be good at this if you:
● Have experience in a busy kitchen, bakery, or production environment
● Stay calm under pressure and keep organised during the busy shifts
● Care about consistency and have that eye to detail
● Lead from the kitchen and work well with a team
● Manage ordering and stock control to keep the kitchen running smoothly
● Pay attention to quality, cleanliness, and the small details
● Are organised, reliable, and good to work with
● Understand the health and safety importance
