Insurance Claims Handler

£27,000 + bonus, excellent holidays etc
We are working with a specialist Insurance Services business based in east Belfast to appoint their new Insurance Claims Handler.
Reporting into management and working within a supportive team you will work with commercial clients on insurance claims, from initial contact through to final settlement, this will include;
- Liaising with customers on claims throughout the process
- Handling and registering new claims, guiding claimants through next steps
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, tact, and awareness of vulnerable customers
- Liaise with claimants, developers, loss adjusters, and stakeholders to progress claims to conclusion, managing expectations or repudiating where required
What we are looking for....
- Experience of working within an office environment / supporting customers, ideally within a service environment
- Sound level of IT literacy across MS Office suite
- Confident communication skills
