We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our front of house team at The Duke of Edinburgh.

We offer two ways of working:
- Part-time contracted hours with a regular weekly rota.
- Casual team member roles, where available shifts are released through our shift bidding system, allowing you to pick up work when it suits you.
It’s ideal if you:
- Are looking for your first job.
- Need work around college or university.
- Want to fit work around another job or family commitments.
- Simply prefer flexibility over a fixed schedule.
Applicants aged 16+ are very welcome and no previous hospitality experience is necessary. If you’ve got a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and are happy to learn, we’ll teach you everything else.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming and looking after our guests.
- Serving food and drinks.
- Working behind the bar (18+ where licensing permits).
- Keeping the pub clean, organised and ready for service.
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive team in a busy environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly and approachable.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willing to learn.
- Enjoys working with people.
- Happy working evenings and weekends as part of a rota.
