We are an established independent lettings and sales agency based in Syston, Leicester LE7. Due to continued growth and high business levels, we are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our friendly, professional team.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 300 fully managed properties, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and a personal approach for both landlords and tenants. This role plays a key part in ensuring properties are efficiently managed, compliant, and that all clients receive first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
· Action any issues arising from property inspection reports.
· Manage and monitor Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, and other essential compliance documentation.
· Handle tenancy renewals, negotiations, and associated paperwork.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry legislation and compliance requirements.
· Support the team with general office duties as required.

Candidate Requirements
· Proven property management experience within residential lettings.
· Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach.
· A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service.
· Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload.
· Must possess a full driving licence and own a vehicle (90% office-based, with occasional property visits).
Hours, Benefits & Additional Information
· Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm (No weekends)
· Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
· Mileage: Business mileage paid at 45p per mile
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
