Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve drinks and meals in accordance with health and safety standards
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and bar areas
- Assist in food preparation and presentation when required
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Address guest queries promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour towards guests
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required
