Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and client-focused Injection Physician (注射医生/美容主诊医师) to lead our non-surgical aesthetic services. You will perform precise Botox (肉毒素) injections, dermal fillers (玻尿酸), and other minimally invasive treatments while delivering exceptional consultations, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the clinic's reputation for excellence and safety in China's competitive medical beauty market.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform advanced injection procedures, with primary focus on Botox/肉毒素 (forehead, glabellar lines, crow's feet, masseter slimming, etc.), dermal fillers (玻尿酸填充), thread lifts (if qualified), and complementary treatments (e.g., skin boosters, mesotherapy).
- Conduct detailed facial assessments and one-on-one consultations to understand client goals, design personalized treatment plans, and explain procedures, expected results, risks, and aftercare clearly.
- Ensure all treatments strictly comply with national medical regulations, clinic protocols, infection control standards, and product usage guidelines.
- Maintain detailed, accurate electronic medical records (treatment notes, photos, consent forms) and provide thorough post-treatment follow-up.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and maintenance plans to maximize and prolong results.
- Stay current with trends in medical aesthetics (e.g., new toxins like 乐提葆/Letybo, emerging techniques), attend relevant training/conferences, and share knowledge with the team.
- Actively participate in client retention and clinic growth: build trust, encourage repeat visits/referrals, and support promotional activities (e.g., WeChat mini-programs, events).
Requirements
- Clinical Medicine / Dermatology / Plastic Surgery bachelor's degree or above (本科及以上).
- Valid Physician Qualification Certificate (医师资格证书) + Physician Practice Certificate (医师执业证书), with registered scope including dermatology or plastic surgery.
- Beauty Main Attending Physician filing (美容主诊医师备案) preferred or obtainable.
- Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics injections (医美注射临床经验), with proven expertise in Botox/肉毒素 (hundreds of cases preferred) and dermal fillers. Familiarity with mainstream brands (保妥适, 衡力, 乔雅登, etc.) is essential.
- Strong aesthetic sense (美学设计理念) and ability to achieve natural, harmonious results tailored to Asian facial features.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (standard Putonghua); ability to build rapport, explain complex concepts simply, and handle client expectations professionally.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with high standards for safety, hygiene, and ethics.
- Team player who can work independently; positive attitude and passion for continuous learning.
- No smoking preferred; under 45 years old (common preference in Chinese clinics).
