We are looking for a reliable, highly organised and adaptable to person to join our fast-paced team. This full-time role will be responsible for picking and packing order, processing returns, and responding to customer emails and providing overall great customer service. Looking to start ASAP.
THE ROLE:
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Stock-taking, and receiving and putting away stock as needed
- Quality control of items
- Processing returns
- Labelling items
- Responding to customer enquiries deliver exceptionally friendly and outstanding service through our various customer service channels
- Providing information about production and actively helping our online customers
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Relevant experience in a similar role (preferably within fasion)
- Proficient with IT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi task
- Excellent problem solving skills, adaptable with the ability to show initiative
- Reliable and motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced working environment
- Attention to detail
