Charles Street Dental Practice is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Therapist to join our welcoming team in the heart of beautiful Pembrokeshire.
We are a modern, newly refurbished mixed practice providing NHS, private and Denplan dentistry.
With an ever-expanding private patient base, we are proud to say that our practice has never needed to advertise for new patients, with growth driven almost entirely by word-of-mouth recommendations and our excellent reputation within the local community.
Whether you're a newly qualified Dental Therapist looking for support and mentorship or an experienced therapist wanting to further develop your career and private offering, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to work to your full scope of practice, providing:
- Periodontal treatment.
- Restorative care within your scope of practice.
- Preventive dentistry and oral health education.
- Direct access appointments where appropriate.
- Collaborative care alongside our experienced dentists and clinical team.
There is also the opportunity to develop your own private interests, including facial aesthetics, if desired.
About Charles Street Dental Practice
Our practice has recently undergone refurbishment, creating a modern, comfortable clinical environment equipped with:
- Fully computerised R4 practice management software.
- Digital radiography.
- Modern, well-equipped surgeries.
- A comprehensive range of treatments including general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, private cosmetic treatments and Denplan care.
You'll be joining a well-established, experienced and genuinely happy team. Our highly skilled dental nurses and reception staff work closely together to create a supportive environment where clinicians can focus on providing outstanding patient care.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is GDC registered as a Dental Therapist.
- Holds appropriate indemnity cover.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
- Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients.
- Works well within a collaborative team.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Both newly qualified and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
