Reed Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, award-winning restaurant in the Scarva area for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with high-quality fresh ingredients in a fast-paced yet supportive environment. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established team that takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service standards.
The Role
· Running and managing your own section during service
· Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, quality ingredients
· Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and consistency
· Assisting with menu execution and daily kitchen operations
· Supporting junior kitchen staff where required
· Ensuring food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained
· Working collaboratively as part of a professional brigade
What We're Looking For
· Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready to take the next step
· Passion for food and high-quality ingredients
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
· A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
· Excellent team player with a proactive approach
