Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales and have the ability to connect with people in a fun night life environment. This role requires enthusiasm, energy and keen eye for detail.
Hiring for face to face sales photographers. The role involves approaching and photographing customers within night life venues in Manchester City centre then printing photos and keyrings upon request. The role is paid at £12.25 an hour with an additional bonus and commission structure for meeting targets. With our team regularly earning £15-£18 ph.
Duties
- Approach customers asking if they would like their picture taken
- Create beautiful pictures of groups together in our partners venues
- Selling the photos taken to the customers in keyring or photo form
- Developing and returning the keyrings with a short turn around
- Printing the sold photos & making up the memorabilia
- Setting up & packing away
- Track data and report figures
- Collaborate with hostesses and booked performers to understand their requests and requirements for each shoot.
- Assist in the planning and execution of photo shoots, including location, angles and equipment setup.
About You
- Self motivating, confident and target/ money driven
- Fantastic customer service and problem solving skills
- Describe yourself as a professional, friendly, approachable, enthusiastic and energetic person
- Live in Manchester Centre or Greater Manchester
- Speak fluent English
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience
- Experience/ interest in photography, is preferred but not necessary
- Be able to self motivate
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
