Summary
Our night porter's primary role is to ensure the smooth and secure operation of a hotel during the night. This includes tasks like providing customer service, maintaining security, and preparing for the next day's operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring the premises, handling guest requests, managing late check-ins and early check-outs, and ensuring the hotel is clean and tidy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
