We're looking for motivated and reliable Co-Pack Operatives to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Unlike a traditional warehouse role, this position is primarily focused on production line and co-packing activities, ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards in line with customer requirements.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Carrying out co-pack and production tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Supervisors
Working on production and conveyor lines to meet customer requirements and productivity targets
Removing products from packaging for rework and repacking finished products at the end of the production line
Running down production lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Following standard operating procedures and safe working practices at all times
Supporting e-commerce operations with picking, packing and put-away activities when required
