- Lead the school's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, monitoring expenditure, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, school policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage HR administration, recruitment processes, payroll liaison, and staff records.
- Oversee premises, health & safety, facilities management, and site maintenance contracts.
- Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to achieve value for money.
- Support the Headteacher and Governors with strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Monitor and manage school income streams, grants, and funding allocations.
- Lead administrative teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day school operations.
- Coordinate risk management, business continuity planning, and data protection compliance.
- Prepare reports and present financial and operational information to senior leaders and governors.
- Develop and maintain effective systems, policies, and procedures to support school improvement.
