Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times

- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed, ensuring smooth operation during service
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a strong focus on guest services
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of food and beverages
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Experience with serving techniques, upselling strategies, and restaurant operations
- Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
