Teaching Assistant Level 3 X 2 Posts - One Permanent One Temporary

The children, staff and governors of Lingey House Primary School are seeking to appoint two committed, enthusiastic and reflective Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team from 1st September 2026. One post is permanent and one post is temporary due to Additional Classroom support being required for a temporary period.

We are looking for a candidate who:
Has experience of supporting children with a wide range of needs, including SEND and SEMH needs.
Builds positive relationships with children and understands the importance of belonging, nurture and inclusion.
Is passionate about helping children develop both academically and personally.
Will promote our school ethos and values through their daily interactions with children, families and colleagues.
Is calm, flexible, resilient and able to respond positively to challenges.
Works effectively as part of a team and values collaboration.
Is committed to continued professional development.
Has high expectations of themselves and the children they support.
Has experience of working within a school setting (essential).

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year, they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.
