Cleaning Area Supervisor (Part Time)
Location: Colchester (covering Clacton, Ipswich, Colchester and areas inbetween)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6pm to 10pm (15-20 hours per week)
Pay: £15 per hour plus 45p per mile mileage paid (Company Van Provided after probation)
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person with commercial cleaning experience to join our growing team as a Cleaning Area Supervsior.
Based in Sudbury, you will visit client sites across the surrounding areas to support cleaning teams and ensure our high standards are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include
- Carrying out cleaning audits and checking standards across sites
- Cover cleaning when necessary
- Training and supporting cleaning staff where improvements are needed
- Running trial shifts for new starters and training them in our systems
- Supporting with new contract start ups
- Working closely with our Essex Area Manager
- Reporting to the Contracts Director and Operations Director
We are looking for someone who
- Has commercial cleaning experience
- Is friendly, reliable and approachable
- Has strong professional communication skills
- Is confident supporting and training staff
- Is happy to travel between sites
Mileage is paid at 45p per mile from day one.
