Job description
Experienced Maintenance Person required, for immediate start, with smartphone and own transport and attention to detail. Must be multi skilled included but not limited to the below:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
- Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work.
- Refurbish properties.
- Painting & decorating.
- Carpentry.
- Maintain the property's landscaping and outdoor areas.
- Ensure the property's common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and repair building systems as needed.
- Collaborate with property management to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven experience in building maintenance or property maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
