We're looking for a compassionate Complex Carer to support a vibrant young lady with complex health needs in her own home and out in her local community in Birkenhead.
This isn't just a care role. It's an opportunity to make a real difference while helping someone enjoy the things that bring them happiness. Our client loves attending her drama group, going shopping, meeting people, and getting out and about whenever possible. She has a great sense of fun and enjoys living an active and fulfilling life.
As a Support Worker, you'll be by her side, helping her to access the community, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences while providing the care and support she needs.
Requirements
What we'd like:
- Experience in caring for a patient / client with complex health needs
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle

Training
Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
