Essential Criteria
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident using a PDA to update the scheduling team with job progress.
- Good all-round knowledge of domestic building works.
- Experience in groundworks.
- Experience repairing and replacing walls and coping stones.
- Experience repairing and replacing concrete slabs and steps.
- Experience carrying out minor fencing repairs and replacements.
- Strong commitment to health and safety and delivering work to a high standard.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working within a social housing environment.
- CSCS Card.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
