We have spent the last 7 years re-building this beautiful canal side business to its former glory. We now have a strong and well established food trade and are looking for a CDP to complete our pub kitchen team.
The role will involve fresh food preparation, cooking and service. Working alongside vastly experienced head chef and sous chef.
High standards of both personal and food hygiene and cleanliness are a must.
Ideally looking for chefs with classic training or at least 2 years industry experience.
We would also consider a gifted amateur with some kitchen and cooking experience; as long as you have a positive, can-do attitude we will be happy to train you, as needed.
We hope a new chef will bring with them fresh and innovative ideas to help improve our food offering.
25-40 hours per week (hours can increase when other chefs take holiday).
Salaried positions would also be considered.
