We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young children's learning experiences in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires strong management and leadership skills, along with a genuine love for working with children. The Early Years Educator will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote early childhood education and support each child's individual needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safety
- Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Oversee planning, assessments, and curriculum delivery
- Maintain compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
What we are looking for:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)=
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for working with children
