We are a well-established and growing Letting Agent committed to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across our portfolio. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team.
The Role
As Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of managed properties while providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants. Working alongside our dedicated Administration and Maintenance teams, you will focus on portfolio management, compliance, property inspections, client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across your portfolio's. You will be responsible for our Deeside and Chester portfolio but based at our Head Office. You will occasionally visit the branches so some driving is required.
This role is ideal for an experienced property professional who enjoys building strong relationships, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards within a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Book regular property inspections and send reports
- Provide professional advice to landlords regarding property management and legislative requirements.
- Ensure properties remain compliant with current housing legislation and safety requirements.
- Liaise with the Administration Team regarding tenancy matters, notices, and arrears where necessary.
- Liaise with the Maintenance Team to ensure property issues are monitored and resolved efficiently.
- Assist with escalated tenant and landlord enquiries and complaints.
- Assist with onboarding new landlords and properties.
- Support business growth through landlord retention and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure company procedures are followed.

Essential
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of current housing legislation and compliance requirements in England and Wales
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio effectively and work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident handling challenging conversations and resolving disputes professionally.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- Proficiency in Reapit or similar property management software is highly desirable
- ARLA Propertymark qualification or working towards qualification.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
