Part-Time Domestic Cleaner

Days: Monday and one other weekday

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and trustworthy Part-Time Domestic Cleaner to provide a high standard of cleaning and general household support.
The successful candidate will work two days per week, for 5 hours each day, carrying out a range of domestic cleaning duties and ironing to ensure the home is kept clean, tidy and well presented.
Main Duties
- General cleaning throughout the home, including dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and other living areas.
- Cleaning surfaces, cupboards, appliances and fixtures as required.
- Emptying bins and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Cleaning floors, skirting boards, doors and other areas as necessary.
- Changing bed linen and making beds when required.
- Washing and putting away household items where appropriate.
- Ironing clothes and household linen to a good standard.
- Ensuring cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and appropriately.
- Identifying areas that require additional attention and maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness.
- Carrying out any other reasonable domestic cleaning duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Experienced in domestic cleaning, preferably with references.
- Thorough, organised and able to work independently.
- Able to manage their time effectively within the 5-hour shifts.
- Takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail.
- Comfortable with ironing and general household duties.
- Respectful of privacy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Friendly, professional and dependable.
