Our Head of Business Performance & Membership Services will be responsible for business-critical operations across BASW, including management of Finance, IT, HR and payroll, Governance and Business Development.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate who can demonstrate: -
· Divisional/directorate performance management experience
· Experience producing business cases / executive papers
· Contract Management experience
· Experience presenting complex information to senior stakeholders
· Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
· Good understand of membership systems and databases
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Working understanding of GDPR and ensuring safeguarding of data in line with GDPR rules
· Good problem-solving skills and able to see more than one way around obstacles
· Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) / Degree in relevant subject
