ROLE: Plumbing Operative
HOURS: Full-time
LOCATION: Multi-site (travel required)

We're looking for a Plumbing Operative who will support installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across various sites, working safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain and repair hot and cold water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware, drainage, and complete small installation works
- Support wider building services activities including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and basic fabric tasks
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times
- Maintain tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent recognised qualification
- Experience within facilities management, commercial, or building services environments
- Strong plumbing fault-finding and repair skills
- Good understanding of water hygiene, Health & Safety, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
- Full UK driving licence
- G3 Unvented Hot Water System qualification
