As a Barista, you’ll craft drinks with care, serve guests with a smile, and help keep service running smoothly in a lively city-centre environment.

Based in a vibrant, high-traffic corporate hub, our café welcomes a steady flow of employees, clients, and visitors. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where consistency, speed, and excellent service truly matter.
You’ll be at the heart of the action - creating quality coffees, managing queues confidently, and keeping service seamless during busy periods. It’s an exciting and rewarding environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy city setting and enjoys engaging with customers.
The Role
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and beverages consistently and efficiently.
- Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service during busy service periods.
- Manage queues and customer flow to keep wait times to a minimum.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards accurately.
- Operate tills, handle transactions, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Support colleagues with a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Represent the café professionally within a high-profile corporate environment.
About You
- Experience in a busy café or Barista role, ideally within high-volume settings.
- Fast and consistent coffee-making skills with strong attention to quality.
- Excellent customer service skills with a confident and friendly approach.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak periods.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and allergen compliance.
- A positive mindset, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to support wherever needed.
