About the Role
We are recruiting PCO Drivers using their own vehicle for a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours and strong earning potential.
Drivers are paid for the time they are online and available to accept trips, in line with their agreed schedule and operational requirements.
Driver Highlights

Earnings & Incentives
- Charging allowance: £0.10 per mile with a passenger onboard
- Passenger bonus: £5 per hour when carrying passengers
- Weekend boost: Additional £3 per hour (Saturdays & Sundays) when carrying passengers
- Joining promotion: £50 per week for the first 10 weeks (based on completing 48 hours)
- Revenue bonus: 50/50 split on weekly revenue above £1,000
- Loyalty bonus: £500 after 12 months of service
Requirements
- Must use your own vehicle
- Vehicle must meet all regulatory and operational requirements
- Must hold valid TfL licensing and appropriate insurance
- Must comply with company operational standards
