Are you friendly, hardworking and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for Front of House Catering Assistants to join our busy restaurant team at Redfields Garden Centre.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, making this a great opportunity whether you're looking for regular full-time hours or something to fit around other commitments.
You'll be joining a friendly team and helping us provide a great experience for our customers, from welcoming them into the restaurant to serving food and drinks and keeping everything looking its best.
The Role
As a Front of House Catering Assistant, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of our restaurant and help make sure every customer receives friendly and efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service.
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks.
- Clearing and cleaning tables ready for customers.
- Keeping the restaurant, counters and customer areas clean and well presented.
- Supporting with till operation and processing payments.
- Helping with drinks and coffee preparation where required.
- Replenishing displays, cutlery, condiments and other customer areas.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider restaurant team during busy periods.
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.

Previous catering, hospitality or customer service experience would be helpful, but isn't essential as full training will be provided.
