Are you detail-driven, customer-focused and passionate about using data to improve services? We’re looking for a Data, Information & Insight Assistant to play a key role in supporting Housing services through high-quality data, insight and information governance.
In this role, you’ll coordinate and respond to Freedom of Information (FOI) and Subject Access Requests (SARs), support compliance with GDPR and information governance requirements, and help turn data and customer insight into meaningful service improvements. You’ll also act as a web champion, ensuring housing information is accurate, accessible and transparent.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong IT and data skills, with excellent attention to detail

Can analyse information, identify themes and challenge data quality

Communicates clearly and confidently with colleagues and customers

Understands (or is keen to develop) knowledge of information governance and data protection
