We'd like you to join us as a Rehabilitation Assistant at our service, The Laurels in Lincoln.
The Laurels provides specialist post-acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long-term neurological conditions. We offer a strong focus on therapy, care and quality of life. What you'll be working:
- Full-time - 37.63 hours
- We have both day and night shifts available
- £25,292.00 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata)
What you'll be doing:
- Support our patients with all their personal care needs, which include washing, dressing, and toileting. and nutritional needs.
- Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in the achievement of their planned outcomes.
- Build relationships with patients which are open and two-way
- Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme
- Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary
- Communicate any issues to the clinical team
- Accurately report and/or record work activities
What you'll have:

- A passion for care
- Previous experience in care is desirable. Full training provided.
- Must be able to support service users with all activities of daily living such as washing, dressing, personal care and moving and handling.
