About the Team
The Adult Services Finance Team provides financial insight, reporting and business support to help ensure our services remain financially sustainable while delivering positive outcomes for the people we support. The team works closely with operational leaders, business development and corporate functions to support decision making, business improvement and transformation initiatives across Adult Services.
About the Role
As Finance Manager - Projects, you will lead and support key business improvement and transformation projects across Adult Services. Working closely with operational and management teams, you will coordinate project activity, develop costing models and reporting tools, provide financial and commercial insight, and help drive improvements in systems, processes and performance. The role plays a key part in supporting financial sustainability, enabling informed decision making and delivering successful operational, commercial and strategic outcomes.
What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate business improvement and transformation projects across Adult Services.

Develop costing models to support service development, commissioning activity and commercial decision making.

Create insightful financial, operational and commercial reporting to support stakeholders.

Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial sustainability planning.

Review supplier contracts, monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business planning.

Strong financial analysis, modelling and costing skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and successfully implementing change initiatives.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

This role is for a full-time position at 35 hours per week.
