We're looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Skipton Hotel.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who is ready to take the next step in their career or is already working at Sous Chef level. You'll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, maintaining high food standards, managing stock and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all food outlets and events.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen
- Can lead and motivate a team during service
- Is passionate about quality food and presentation
- Works well under pressure
- Has a good understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance
