Full-Time Manager – Nést Pantry, Bothwell
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Full-Time Manager to lead our team at Nést Pantry – a busy, modern brunch destination that’s become one of Bothwell’s favourite places to eat.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and motivating the front and back of house teams.
* Delivering exceptional customer service every day.
* Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service.
* Supporting and developing staff.
* Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and presentation.
* Helping drive sales, team performance and the overall guest experience.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous management experience in hospitality.
* A confident leader with excellent communication skills.
* Positive, organised and able to work under pressure.
* Passion for great coffee, brunch and outstanding customer service.
* Flexible, reliable and willing to be hands-on during busy services.
Hours:
* Full-time position
* Shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm
* No late nights – the latest finish is 6:00pm.
* Weekend availability is essential.
