IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in IT who has some hands-on experience and is eager to continue learning and developing their skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general IT support.
- Assisting with software, hardware, and platform-related tasks.
- Troubleshooting basic IT issues.
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of our IT systems.
- Working closely with the team on various IT projects.
Requirements:
- Some previous IT experience is required.
- Good understanding of IT systems, software, and online platforms.
- Genuine interest and passion for technology.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Welwyn, Hertfordshire.
