Job:
● To greet customers and manage the entrance of the venue/courses monitoring group
sizes and equipment
● To be extremely welcoming towards guests with a positive and friendly attitude
● Have strong product knowledge on golf packages, courses and offerings
● To be responsible for roaming and clearing courses of all obstacles/ hazards and for
cleanliness of the venue
● To be able to work in various areas of the venue according to the needs of the
business
● Supporting your team and staying cool under pressure.
Experience:
● Previous guest experience (or a quick learner)
● Positive and great with people
● Comfortable working busy nights and weekends
● Fun, reliable, and a strong team player
● Previous experience answering guest emails, messages and using ticketing and
booking systems
