Job Overview
OPA are looking for a full time Sales Negotiator to join our offices in Central Birmingham. We are a multi-award winning, agency already hugely successful in residential, commercial property and investments sales.
We are now looking for the right person to help grow our residential property sales division. Ideally, you will have estate agency experience; but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and the desire to succeed. Either way, you will be a tenacious sales person and someone who enjoys the thrill of closing a deal and making commission.
You will be responsible for obtaining new instructions and negotiating and closing deals of property sales across all price ranges from £100,000 to £3,000,000.
The role will suit an applicant with experience looking to enhance their career or someone driven looking to enter the lucrative property sector by joining the market leader in the area.
Duties and responsibilities
- Follow up warm leads to close new instructions
- Create your own leads for new instructions via networking
- Book and conduct viewings
- Maintain an update CRM system (we use Desrez)
- Market new stock on all available media channels
- Negotiate and close property sales
Essential required skills:
- Polished and dynamic sales negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a winning mentality
- Clear communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate and skilled in social media
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent organisational abilities to keep track of appointments, viewings, and client communications.
- A Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Salary:
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
