Wholesale & Brand Lead – Wolfox Coffee
Wolfox Coffee is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to lead our wholesale business and help grow our brand.
You’ll connect our roastery with our own venues and wholesale customers, making sure everyone feels supported and part of the Wolfox journey. The role will include training in coffee roasting, giving you a complete understanding of the process—from sourcing and ordering green coffee to roasting, packaging and delivery.
You’ll also work closely with our baristas, organise training sessions and competitions, and help create a positive and inspiring coffee culture across all our venues.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about coffee, people and building relationships
- Confident, energetic and full of ideas
- Organised and comfortable taking the lead
- Excited to find and support new wholesale customers
The position includes incentives and bonuses for every new wholesale customer you bring to Wolfox.
This role can be full-time or part-time for the right person. Coffee experience is welcome, but personality, drive and a willingness to learn are just as important.
