We're now looking for a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to help guide the business along side the General Manager, previous experience would ideal, but a passion for food & wine is a must.

In addition to general assistant manager duties, you will also be expected to:
- In the absence of the general manager, to ensure the smooth running of the business
- To provide customers with the best experience possible from start to finish
- To be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of our products
- To motivate and lead by example, ensuring you and your team have fun at work and are proud of your achievements in the best interest of the business
- To act as a positive ambassador for the business.
- Work in a positive manner to encourage a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Uphold the licencing objectives and ensure the licence of the premises is protected at all times.
- Maintain a good understanding and practice of Food Safety Regulations, including COSHH, Allergens, SFBB and FIFO
- Remain customer focused at all times by being approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
