We are looking for an additional person to join us as a full-time Service Customer Advisor for our busy Aldershot Peugeot/Citroen dealership. This is a hands-on, customer facing position working at front of house in our service department. You will be in this role currently as experience with working with customers face to face and of Keyloop/Kerridge DMS in required.
Customer Satisfaction is a key part of this role and you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences
You will need the following attributes:
- Strong organisational skills
- Be a great communicator
- A desire to deliver great customer experiences
- Good I.T. skills
- Experience in this role is essential.
Hours of work are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with a bonus scheme giving you the ability to earn over £31,000 per annum.
